Concise and future proofed infrastructure systems during construction stage are now recognised as paramount within the construction industry. Alteration or even redesign, post building stage can be expensive and unsightly, results that nobody wants. SNS have worked alongside many major developers to ensure either the correct infrastructure or futureproof cable ways are in place prior to commencement of major works.
A few examples of this;
- Shared satellite TV systems to over 90 dwellings in a Salisbury, constructed over 3 phases. All backbone fibres in place for smooth interface of phased occupation.
- Shared lease line to 36 luxury holiday lodges in Devon, sufficient spare fibres to allow 6 additional plots, without the need of additional excavations. Site management network available on total site footprint for services co-ordination
- 120 User office complex in Winchester. Client required an upgraded LAN speed due to expansion, at design design wireways were designed to incorporate the cabling spaces to allow CAT 6A, resulting in a seamless upgrade.
SNS have the skills and expertise across many forms of fibre installation including that of blown fibre. Blown fibre often requires the installation of sub duct within the ground surface. SNS use specialist equipment to minimise disruption, re-instatement and spoil debris, producing a far more economical solution than that of traditional excavation and duct work methods.
