Installation/Certification
SNS provides an end-to-end solution
From a 1 core repair to a 10-kilometre install, we have the knowledge and expertise.
Experienced in direct buried, across site fibres and building infrastructures, SNS are confident they can provide you with a solution.
SNS, are fully conversant in all forms of solid-state fibre, from 288 core count multi loose tube, to 2 core specialist operational cables, blown fibre infrastructure and unique environment cables.
We undertake both direct termination, hot melt and cold cure, fusion splicing using the latest core alignment splicers, both Sumitomo and Fujikura.
Fibre Repairs and Fault finding
Using a combination of both Fluke and Anritsu test equipment, including OTDR and light source/ power meter, engineers can pin point faults or areas of increased signal loss, and advise on reducing attenuation across fibre backbones.
Once the faults have been identified, we have all the necessary skills, and equipment to undertake any repair, getting you back up and running as soon as possible.
Site survey
SNS’s senior engineers, regularly undertake consultancy surveys, with recommendations on fibre selection and most efficient installation procedures, resulting in the most cost-efficient delivery of network expansion.
Rapid Response Maintenance and Repair
Partnered with several large European organizations to attend network failures and fibre optic faults, with a contracted response from as little as 24 hours, SNS can provide nationwide coverage for peace of mind.
